Which connection should I use?

  • WhatsApp Cloud API — the full business setup: automation, templates, campaigns, buttons and list menus. Best for most businesses.
  • Coexistence — keep using the WhatsApp app on your phone and let the AI reply on the same number. The AI pauses automatically when you reply yourself.

Connect with the Cloud API

  1. Open Channels → WhatsApp and choose Connect.
  2. Sign in with Facebook and pick (or create) your WhatsApp Business Account and number.
  3. Verify the number — Convo360 registers it for the API (migrate it from the WhatsApp app if needed).
  4. Done — the webhook is wired automatically. Message your number to test.

Sending template messages

Outside the 24-hour customer-service window, WhatsApp requires an approved template. In WhatsApp Studio → Templates create and submit templates for approval, then use them in campaigns and flows.

Free incoming in India

In India, incoming WhatsApp conversations are effectively ₹0 — so an always-on support/enquiry bot that only replies to inbound messages is very cheap to run.
