Convo360 is an India-first platform for AI voice calling and WhatsApp, Instagram and website chatbots. It is built and run by A Plus Solution, an IT company in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Businesses connect their own WhatsApp number, AI account and phone line and pay one flat monthly price, with no markup on messages, minutes or AI.

Why we built it

Indian businesses get most of their enquiries on WhatsApp and the phone — at night, on Sundays, in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati and every other language. Most tools were built for other markets, mark up every message, or need a developer to set up. Convo360 is our answer: an AI agent a business owner can set up without code, that answers in the customer's language, on the channels Indians actually use, at a price that does not grow with every message.
