Collect exactly the information you need — on your website, or right inside a conversation — and turn every submission into a contact and a lead.

Build a form

1. Go to Forms → New form and add your fields (text, email, phone, choices, custom fields).
2. Style it and set what happens on submit.
3. Publish — you get a shareable link and an embed snippet.

Two ways to use it

• On your website — embed the form or the floating Enquire button.
• Inside a chat — drop a Show-Form step into a flow to collect details without leaving the conversation.

Submissions are saved as contacts, mapped into your CRM, and can kick off a follow-up flow.
