Wallet & billing
Convo360 is a flat monthly platform fee — because you bring your own AI keys, there's no per-message markup. Here's how the trial, plans, and prepaid wallet fit together.
In the app, Billing & Plan has four tabs: Plan (choose, renew or switch your plan), Wallet (add money, auto-renew, Vani AI tokens), Payments & invoices (history and GST invoices to download) and Billing details (your GSTIN and address for invoices).
The 14-day free trial
New accounts get a 14-day trial with every feature except the developer API — no card required. The trial has fair-use limits so it can't be misused: up to 100 messages and 10 AI calls (3 minutes each) in any 24 hours, counted across all channels (bot replies, your team's replies, broadcasts, flows and comment replies together), and one WhatsApp number and one workspace. WhatsApp calling, extra numbers, more workspaces and the developer REST API come with a paid plan. The 24 hours roll: each message or call frees its slot exactly a day later. A broadcast that reaches the limit pauses and continues by itself; subscribing removes every limit. When it ends, subscribe to a monthly or yearly plan to keep sending messages and making calls. Your data and settings stay safe either way.
Plans
Plans differ by capability, not usage: Starter (1 bot), Pro (3 bots, AI voice calls, all channels & integrations, appointments), and Business (unlimited bots, REST API, white-label, priority support). Choose monthly or yearly on the Billing page.
Coupon codes
Got a coupon? On the Billing page type it next to the Monthly / Yearly switch and press Apply. The discounted price shows on every plan the code works for, and GST is charged on the discounted price. A code works once per business and only when you pay for a plan online (card, UPI or netbanking).
The prepaid wallet
Your wallet is a secure prepaid balance used for renewals, add-ons (extra workspaces) and — for partners — customer renewals. It's an append-only ledger: every credit and debit is recorded, it can't be overdrawn, and top-ups are idempotent (a retried payment never double-credits).
- Open Billing → Wallet and choose Top up.
- Pay by Razorpay or Stripe — the amount is confirmed server-side.
- Your balance updates instantly and a GST invoice is generated.
GST invoices
Plan prices are shown before GST; 18% GST is added at checkout and every taxable payment issues a proper GST tax invoice (with your GSTIN if you add it under Billing → Billing details). Download them any time. Business outside India? Choose your country in Billing details: services exported under our LUT are billed without GST, and the invoice carries the export declaration. You can also export your data from the account menu whenever you need it.
When a trial or subscription ends
Your 14-day trial and every paid plan have a clear end date, shown on the Billing page. When that date passes without a subscription or renewal, the account is paused: outgoing messages, AI calls (inbound and outbound), broadcasts, drip sequences, triggers and API automations stop, and callers hear a short “temporarily unavailable” notice. Incoming messages are still saved to your inbox, and nothing is deleted — flows, contacts, templates and settings are exactly as you left them. Subscribing or renewing switches everything back on immediately.
Reminder emails
You are emailed 3 days and 1 day before a trial ends, and 7, 3 and 1 day before a paid period ends, plus a notice on the day services pause and a follow-up 3 days later. Renewals, top-ups and wallet shortfalls also send a confirmation. The same reminders appear as in-app notifications.
Auto-renew is opt-in
Nothing is ever deducted from your wallet automatically unless you switch on Auto-renew on the Billing page and tick the consent box. Your consent is recorded (date and user) and confirmed by email; you can turn it off at any time. With auto-renew on, the renewal amount is taken from your wallet up to 24 hours before the period ends — never from a card. If the wallet is short, you are emailed to top up and the plan simply pauses at its end date if you don't.
If your account came through a partner
If a reseller or white-label partner set up your account, your Billing page shows only your current plan at the price they set, billed monthly. You can pay it online here (card, UPI or wallet) or the partner can renew it for you. Plan changes and yearly billing are arranged with your partner.
